Sign-in & security

Changing your email or password from the Account page, and the full forgot-password flow — step by step.

The Sign-in & security panel on the Account page handles both credentials. Because you're already signed in, neither change asks for your current password — your live session is the proof.

Change your email address

  1. Enter the new address under Email address and click Update email.
  2. A confirmation link is sent to the new address. Your sign-in email stays unchanged until you click it — so a typo in the new address can't lock you out.
  3. Click the link; the change completes and you sign in with the new address from then on.

Change your password

  1. Enter the new password twice (New password / Confirm new password; minimum 6 characters — longer and unique is your job, a password manager is the honest answer).
  2. Click Update password — the change is immediate, no email round-trip.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and click Send reset link. The response is deliberately the same whether or not an account exists for that address — "If an account exists for that email, a password-reset link is on its way" — so the form can't be used to probe which emails have accounts.
  3. Click the link in the email → Set a new password → you're signed in and taken straight to the Workbench.

If the link has expired or was already used, the page says so and offers Request a new link — nothing is lost, just request another.

Signing up & email confirmation

Signup is email + password (Step 1 of 2, straight into secure checkout). If your account requires email confirmation you'll see Check your inbox with a Resend email button — check spam before resending.

Sign out

Avatar menu → Sign out. Sessions are per-device; signing out here doesn't sign out your phone.
